I am not accepting insurance at this time. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if you have a PPO plan. Payment is also accepted via cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.

The first session is about orientation — for both of us. You'll complete some brief consent forms before we meet, and then we'll spend our time getting to know each other. I'll ask questions, you'll share what feels comfortable, and together we'll figure out if we're the right fit. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in.

I draw from EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sandplay, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused approaches. I don't use a one-size-fits-all model — the approach is always tailored to you, your nervous system, and what you're working through.
