Session Fees

  • Free 15-Minute Consultation — No charge, ever.

  • Individual Therapy — 50 minutes · $225

  • Couples & Family Therapy — 50–80 minutes · $275

Insurance & Payment

I am currently not in network with major insurance providers. If you’re wondering why, here’s an article that explains it. Should that change, this section will be updated accordingly.

If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

A Note on Cost

If fee is a barrier, please reach out before deciding therapy isn't possible. I keep a small number of reduced-fee spots available and am happy to have that conversation. Your healing matters more than a number.
